Purchased a new Sienna minivan from Burnsville Toyota and had an excellent experience as a whole and with sales representative Josh Fisher. The AWD version of this minivan is hard to come by and Josh worked with me back & forth for a month to find the perfect fit for us - features and price! I was very happy with his personalized customer service. We traveled from Iowa to get our van and our experience at the dealership was easy and fast! After having a hard time deciding whether or not to purchase a vehicle for about a month, Tyler Borgen jumped right in and gave me valuable advice that helped me eventually find the car I've been hoping for. He listened to my concerns and helped me weigh the pros and cons of buying a car versus fixing my old one without making me feel too pressured to make a decision right away. The entire process moved along quickly & efficiently. Saturday is typically a busy day but even so, our car was detailed & equipped so we were able to drive home with it same day. Jeffrey also took the time to show me the car's features before we left. My current car was a 2011 Ford that didn't even have cruise control! Many things have changed the last several years! Jeffrey helped me connect my phone, showed me how to navigate the main screen & all the options. I was encouraged to call him with any questions or concerns. We are very delighted customers!

When we went to buy a 2025 RAV4 Hybrid, we were pleased again with how smoothly it went. Our salesman, Larry Lawler, made everything clear, from all the new features to the pricing. He kept us informed regularly, from the build date in Japan to the arrival at the dealership. Kevin, the Sales Manager, walked us through the financing options and maintenance plans. This is the fourth Toyota Prius I have bought from Burnsville Toyota. The last three I have bought from Joel Terrio. Joel is so wonderful to work with and I purchased my last Prius XLE on December 30,2024. Joel is very good at explaining everything clearly. I trust Joel to be upfront and honest with me and he has not disappointed! The financing through Toyota was very easy and I drove my new car home that day! I have always had the best experience with both the sales and service departments.
