We did some extensive research on various cars online. When it came time to physically look at vehicles we started at Burnsville Toyota as we have had numerous Toyotas in the past and they were the earliest to open. We fully expected to spend at least 2 days in our search. We never made it out of Burnsville Toyota. Larry and Kevin were extraordinary. After test driving, the car we chose was a Corolla Cross. Larry was very thorough in explaining the cars features. We left for a bite to eat and to fetch the checkbook. Upon returning the vehicle was fueled, cleaned, prepped and ready to go. Larry spent nearly an hour recapping in more detail all of the main features. We drove home happy campers.

Brian was my driver. He was very courteous and professional got me to and from safely.

Chaz never made me feel pressured in any way. There was no effort by him, or Eber in Finance, to upsell me on packages or things I didn't want. It was a very pleasant, relaxed experience. And, I got a great car!

Professional and straight forward process. called Jason in the morning, got me the car I wanted. Came in the evening from Saint Cloud and drove the car home. Easy and streamlined process. Jason and the finance team were great in their communication. Before I left with the car. Jason took me through the car specs and the technology. He explained everything in detail. Service department did a phenomenal job.

We bought our car with Patty. She was straight forward and provided us all the information upfront. The process was easy and stress free. Today was our first time at the service department. We were there to pick up our plates. Brian was very welcoming. He guided us on what to do and where to go. Our service advisor Sean was quick, efficient and effective. He quickly diagnosed and fixed a disconnected tire pressure sensor. Our whole visit took less than 15min. They also had a kids room in the waiting area. The chocolate chip cookie was warm and tasty. I had an old phone that needed replacing. I got a new phone and it didn't work with my car. I stopped where I bought my car, here, and Tyler helped. It took him a bit changing my setting and everything. Tyler explained how my new phones work and went over it again with car. I highly recommend Burnsville Toyota, and Tyler.

Had a great experience buying my used Rav-4! Luis went above and beyond during my buying experience! He really listens to his customers, communicates and was so helpful with questions during the buying process. It's the little things that make a difference! I also, had a chance to meet the nice service manager who was very helpful with my questions and the finance manager was very friendly and patient while picking out a warranty. I came in and ordered a RAV4. Patty was amazing and kept me informed when the RAV4 was going to arrive. Tyler, another salesman helped with showing us the features of our new RAV4. Matt did our documents and explained everything. I highly recommend coming here. Everyone is friendly and professional.

I just want to give a shout out to this fantastic dealership! I have been coming here with my Toyotas for over 20 years and have always had the best, most professional, and reasonably priced service. Today I went there because after 7 years I could not get my rear license plate off without stripping the screws. When I got there Sean O'Driscoll met me and listened to my issue. He was very polite and professional, explaining to me why they use the type of screws that were different on the back than the front, and what he could do to help. He had my plate changed in just a minute and I was back to my day. I can't thank him enough and will be happy to work with him in the future. While I am writing a review, I also want to recommend Dave Grosulak who has been helping me 90% of the time these past 20+ years. Each time I have been to this dealership I have left content and thinking I should write review. Now I finally have. Thank you, Toyota!!

I had thee best experience with Jeff B. In Sales. Jeff was honest & upfront with me. On the day of signing papers & purchasing my Awesome Red 4 Runner, I panicked b/c I didn't know if it would fit in my garage or not! Jeff, calm as a cucumber said " How far do you live?" I said "15 minutes", his response "Lets go"... & off we went! Jeff stood there in my garage monitoring the clearance issue as I backed the 4 runner in AND...IT FIT!! With a 4" clearance!!🌞 I cannot tell you the peace of mind that simple action on Jeff's part gave me. I signed the papers with confidence that this was good & my desire to have a 4 runner again (& Certified which gave me assurance) was Happening✨️✨️ Jeff B. Is a good man & a definite asset to your Team, so hang onto him & Patty who I also watched interacting with her clients...she's instills confidence in people, much like Jeff, but in a different way. Together...what a Team they make!🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Also, after Jeff called me to let me know my plates were in I was eager to pick them.up that day. It was a friday, & I was battling friday night traffic to get to the service dept. before they closed at 6p I'm a Registered Nurse & was just leaving my shift, i knew I'd be a few minutes after 6 & called: the service girl said " I'm sorry but we close at 6" I was frustrated & said "I will be there at 6:02p can someone just hand me my plates & I will put them on myself?" There was a pause on the line, then this young man comes on the phone, I reiterated what I said to the young girl "...my navigation says 6:02p" he said "try & get here as fast as you can"... ZOOM 💨💨💨 I WENT IN MY RED 4 RUNNER! I arrived at 6:03p & out came the nicest young man with my license plates in one hand, a cordless drill in the other hand & a smile on his face : )) He had my minnesota state park plates on in no time. I shook his hand thanking him for not only staying late on a Friday night to boot, but for being so kind & applying my new license plates for me. I asked him his name & he said "Mark". So "Thank You, Mark (i dont know your last name) for your wonderful customer service, your kindness & understanding" I truly hope Burnsville Toyota hires more authentic people like Jeff B. This was my son’s first adventure with a car dealership. Tyler was amazing! He helped him pick out the right vehicle in his price range and was never pushy!!! Even the finance manager was fabulous. He worked with several banks to find the best rate! Hands down the best experience in car shopping. I used to work in the industry so I was pretty Leary. Although we had choices of where to buy a new Toyota, after meeting with Rick Kissner at Burnsville Toyota, our decision was easy. Rick ordered the Corolla Hybrid to our desired specifications and kept us apprised of the progress from Japan to Oregon, Montana, Wisconsin and, finally to Burnsville. The trade-in on our RAV 4 plus purchase and test drive of the Corolla could not have been smoother. Rick was assisted by Ebert in Finance and Caleb with the finer points of GPS and Bluetooth, etc. What a team! After months of searching for a new vehicle, Burnsville Toyota made all of my dreams come true. I stopped by randomly one day on my way home from work and met Larry Lawler. I told Him I was interested in a hybrid RAV4 and he showed me all possible options for inventory and showed me the hybrid Corolla cross . He walked me through each trim and the price options and found me a hybrid Corolla cross. I put my deposit down and over the next 1.5-2 months he kept me updated as my new car was built and as it was shipped up to MN. It ended up arriving at the dealership sooner than we were expecting also so that was super exciting and he let me know the moment it arrived. Along the way Larry was absolutely wonderful to work with , he always answered all of my questions and sent me reminders of what to bring with to the dealership which was super helpful for me . Larry is truly the sweetest, kindest person and made the car buying process as easy and fun as it could be. I never felt stressed or pressured , it was such an easy straight forward process and Larry took the time to not only show me all of the features of my new car, but also took the time to help me understand each function and the inside buttons , etc . And I had lots of questions as my new vehicle was a major upgrade from my old one , so I was so grateful. Larry is the best and truly makes you feel like family , I would highly recommend Larry Lawler if you’re looking for a new vehicle and know you’re in even better hands because you’re getting a new Toyota . My wife and I came in looking at Highlanders. Tyler was our salesman. It was low pressure, Tyler was very personable too We are an older couple who haven't bought a car in 10 years. Tyler showed us a few different one and helped us find the right one. He went through the technology, very different then our car now. We highly recommend Tyler and Burnsville Toyota.

We had an incredible experience here with Kevin (manager) and Larry (Sales). Not only was Larry an awesome salesman, but he helped us find both vehicles in exactly the model/trim we were looking for. Kevin then came in and helped us reach a spot that was comparable to other offers. We will never come anywhere else for our future needs because of the experience we had here with these two!
