We bought our car with Patty. She was straight forward and provided us all the information upfront. The process was easy and stress free. Today was our first time at the service department. I had an old phone that needed replacing. I got a new phone and it didn't work with my car. I stopped where I bought my car, here, and Tyler helped. Had a great experience buying my used Rav-4! Luis went above and beyond during my buying experience! He really listens to his customers, communicates and was so helpful with questions during the buying process. It's the little things that make a difference! I had thee best experience with Jeff B. In Sales. Jeff was honest & upfront with me. On the day of signing papers & purchasing my Awesome Red 4 Runner, I panicked b/c I didn't know if it would fit in my garage or not! Jeff, calm as a cucumber said " How far do you live?" Went to this dealership in early May 2024 to get some details about the new Toyota Land Cruiser. Spoke to Tyler and he said, it will take 6 to 9 months after placing non-refundable deposit of $500. I asked him if the dealership is going to add a markup because I do not want to pay extra and would rather buy a readily available Bronco or Wrangler. He said don't worry about it. First time visiting Burnsville Toyota. I had front brake pads replaced and routers turned. In at 7am. Shuttle drive me back home so I don't have have anyone pick me up. -very quick and easy drop off and pick up with service advisor Neil. - great walk through video sent from the mechanic of the service and future recommend maintenance coming down the road (tires) - this is now my go to service facility as my Lexus dealer is too far away

After a harrowing drive I got to Burnsville Toyota who diagnosed my damage as needing an entirely new motor. The rep and the service technician could not have been nicer, sent me a video showing the problems. Kindly gave me a shuttle ride home after the bad news and worked well with me to order a new car. It was a totally shocking event for me and everyone was so kind throughout the entire process.
Although I had an appointment for service, because they were very busy, it took an hour and a half for a tire rotation/check up. Next time I will drop the car off so I don't have to wait there. But happy with service.

Love coming in for routine service at a dealership that is this "on the ball". My vehicle included maintenance is up and now we are on the extended service plan that I purchased. They knew that and could tell me how many more oil changes and tire rotations were included. Always in and out quickly, I barely had time for a cookie and a cup of coffee. 🙂

Two issues. Was not told that additional work was needed until arrival for the oil change. The maintenance needed light was not rest. When I called the service center I was told to come back in the next day or two and they would reset it, a 30 mile round trip and an hour and a half. The service person should have stayed on the phone and told me how to do the 3 minute simple fix. I did it myself after viewing a UTube video.
I was able to get in next day, which was great! I loved that I got a video showing me the problem and what was done to fix it. The repair/service was done quickly, in one day out the next. I also liked that I was able to make a payment online. The communication was good and timely. However, I found the service manager to be a bit gruff. The problem was potentially being cause by an aftermarket system we had installed weeks after purchasing it 5 years ago. When mentioning the cost of the system and wanting to keep ...

I always feel better taking the car to Toyota for any car service and repair work. They know what they are doing and make every attempt to restore your car to normal condition. It was rather costly but I guess that happens. Everyone, including the shuttle driver who picked us up to return us to Toyota when the car was done, were just very friendly and easy to work with.
