Service Manager Jason was awesome. We had recently bought new tires there, and driving home on a Thursday night I picked up a screw in one of my tires. There weren’t any appointments available until the following Monday, but after explaining that we needed the vehicle to bring our son to college on Saturday, Jason worked us into the Friday schedule and handled the road hazard tire replacement for us. I moved out of state for a bit, may return soon, and had issues from my 1000+ mile trip and I was treated with the respect I miss when having my car serviced! Although the problem could not be found (due to the fact that my family member cleared the code), I could have been charged for it. I am a Touota Care customer - maybe that helped.

The service advisor worked on a bill issue and resolved it. I was charged for a new battery as well as a clean up of the battery. Just wanted cleanup. Took a while because of a slow printer once she ascertained what was wrong. She was very good at her job!!
