The service advisor worked on a bill issue and resolved it. I was charged for a new battery as well as a clean up of the battery. Just wanted cleanup. Took a while because of a slow printer once she ascertained what was wrong. She was very good at her job!! She was very pleasant and helpful with general questions in addition to resolving the billing problem.
Total time spent waiting was what service said would be. Was serviced in 15 minutes. Waiting room was clean and quiet.
Service was good, But there were long periods of waiting for one reason or another. Once we finalized the deal and met with the financial agent, things picked up.

We were pleased to find a dealer that still had a 2017 Sienna XLE. Since we tend to drive our vehicles for a long time, savings on purchase price were more important than buying the current model year.
