This is the fourth Toyota Prius I have bought from Burnsville Toyota. The last three I have bought from Joel Terrio. Joel is so wonderful to work with and I purchased my last Prius XLE on December 30,2024. Joel is very good at explaining everything clearly. Went to this dealership in early May 2024 to get some details about the new Toyota Land Cruiser. Spoke to Tyler and he said, it will take 6 to 9 months after placing non-refundable deposit of $500. I asked him if the dealership is going to add a markup because I do not want to pay extra and would rather buy a readily available Bronco or Wrangler. He said don't worry about it. Shuttle drive me back home so I don't have have anyone pick me up. -very quick and easy drop off and pick up with service advisor Neil. - great walk through video sent from the mechanic of the service and future recommend maintenance coming down the road (tires) - this is now my go to service facility as my Lexus dealer is too far away

I bought a Highlander and wanted a trailer hitch. The trailer hitch was not presently in stock but they ordered one for me. They delivered the car three days later without the trailer hitch and the next day service called and said the hitch was in and I should make an appointment to have it installed which I did. The Highlander had a remote kick switch to raise and lower the rear hatch which worked as explained in the manual without the hitch installed. When I got the car back with a hitch installed the kick switch no longer worked ...

A simple tire rotation for 15000 Mike service took 1.5 hours. My service notes had note that I said I had a tire losing air. I did not say that. I was told I had a nail in tire and I paid for repair. I now wonder whether I had a nail and if repair happened. Again, there was no indication of a problem before I brought car in. So far, every time I’ve had service it has taken way too long. Very unhappy with service dept.

Tyler was helpful in putting on my license plate and attempted to resolve my application error. Unfortunately, he was unable to resolve issue. Then sent me to service and 45 min later issue was resolved. Thank you

After a harrowing drive I got to Burnsville Toyota who diagnosed my damage as needing an entirely new motor. The rep and the service technician could not have been nicer, sent me a video showing the problems. Kindly gave me a shuttle ride home after the bad news and worked well with me to order a new car. It was a totally shocking event for me and everyone was so kind throughout the entire process.

Although I had an appointment for service, because they were very busy, it took an hour and a half for a tire rotation/check up. Next time I will drop the car off so I don't have to wait there. But happy with service.

Love coming in for routine service at a dealership that is this "on the ball". My vehicle included maintenance is up and now we are on the extended service plan that I purchased. They knew that and could tell me how many more oil changes and tire rotations were included. Always in and out quickly, I barely had time for a cookie and a cup of coffee. 🙂
